Today is the age of the blinded vision of the individual. The brightness we see hides the truth from us. Neon lights are shone into our eyes, creating a temporary blindness, through which the instruments of power are placed at the most critical points in our lives. Therefore, it is necessary to discuss administration and power without separating them. The technically presented reality of administration is one of our blind spots, and in the coldness of the technical, the dominant ideology and the instruments of power are hidden. Contemporary management literature legitimizes itself at this very point. While concepts such as technical truths, the search for efficiency and effectiveness, transparency, accountability, etc. are presented to us as technical truths, they try to prevent us from seeing that they are the militants of a more authentic story. And of course the habit of clinging to the status quo! Memory loss breaks the mental integrity of society. It leaves in its place a herd of people who forget the past, lose their roots, and constantly search for meaning in the 'new'. The 'new' has never been so dangerous!
