The proceedings book examines the transformation of humans, society, technology, and institutional structures in this new era through an interdisciplinary perspective. The presented studies focus on AI anxiety, career adaptability, technology integration in education and healthcare, and the psychological, ethical, and organizational impacts of digitalization. The book includes international papers exploring the role of artificial intelligence in the workforce, language, creativity, and decision-making processes.
